Teacher Positions

We’re looking for a caring, dependable Child Care Teacher to join our team! If you love working with young children and want to make a real impact during their most important developmental years, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support learning and development

  • Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and well-being

  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers

  • Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization

  • Follow all state licensing requirements and center policies

  • Communicate daily with parents about their child’s day

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must meet Illinois child care teacher qualifications through the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some ECE coursework or degree required)

  • Experience working with young children (center-based experience a plus!)

  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Reliable, positive, and team-oriented

  • Ability to pass background checks and health requirements

Assistant Positions

We’re looking for a caring and dependable Assistant Teacher to support our classrooms and help create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for our children. This is a great role if you love working with kids, enjoy being part of a team, and want to grow in early childhood education.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities

  • Help supervise children to ensure safety at all times

  • Assist with playtime, meals, diapering, toileting, and nap routines

  • Help keep the classroom clean, organized, and inviting

  • Build positive relationships with children and families

  • Follow classroom schedules, center policies, and licensing rules

  • Step in where needed to help the day run smoothly

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience working with children preferred (but not required)

  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Reliable, positive, and team-oriented

  • Ability to pass background checks and health requirements
