Teacher Positions
We’re looking for a caring, dependable Child Care Teacher to join our team! If you love working with young children and want to make a real impact during their most important developmental years, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support learning and development

Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and well-being

Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers

Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization

Follow all state licensing requirements and center policies

Communicate daily with parents about their child’s day
What We’re Looking For:

Must meet Illinois child care teacher qualifications through the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS)

High school diploma or equivalent (some ECE coursework or degree required)
-
Experience working with young children (center-based experience a plus!)
-
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Reliable, positive, and team-oriented

Ability to pass background checks and health requirements

Assistant Positions
We’re looking for a caring and dependable Assistant Teacher to support our classrooms and help create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for our children. This is a great role if you love working with kids, enjoy being part of a team, and want to grow in early childhood education.

Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities

Assist with playtime, meals, diapering, toileting, and nap routines

Follow classroom schedules, center policies, and licensing rules

Step in where needed to help the day run smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
